Escalon Premier Brands’ process was created in 1944 when Cristoforo & Emma Colombo first opened their cannery and crafted 6IN1 and Bonta products, with no added citric acid. Today, our product line has expanded, but quality remains Above All. Escalon tomatoes are always vine-ripened to a vibrant red, picked with the greatest of care and packed within hours of harvest.
